1.Delete from inside the app
This is the fastest way and it takes effect immediately.
Open VidhurAI and sign in with your registered mobile number.
Go to Profile and scroll to the Settings section.
Tap Delete Account.
Type DELETE in the confirmation box and tap Delete Account.
Your account and data are removed straight away and you are signed out. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it.
2.If you have already uninstalled the app
You can either reinstall VidhurAI and follow the steps above, or email us at
support@vidhurai.com with the subject
Delete Account and the mobile number you registered with.
Because accounts are identified by mobile number, we may need to confirm that
the number belongs to you — usually by sending a one-time code to it — before we
delete anything. We reply within 3 working days and complete verified requests
within 30 days.
3.What gets deleted
Your account and sign-in identity, including the mobile number on record.
Your exam selections, target dates and study plans.
Study progress, streaks, daily activity and topic scores.
Mock test attempts, answers and results.
Doubt-chat conversations and cached question history.
Saved and read library items, and your general-knowledge progress.
Subscription records held by us.
This is permanent. Deleted study data cannot be restored, and signing up again
with the same number creates a new, empty account.
4.What may remain, and why
We want to be straightforward about the limits rather than claim more than we can deliver.
Anonymised usage totals. Aggregate counts that are not linked
to you or to any identifier, used to understand overall product usage.
Encrypted backups. Routine database backups may still contain
your data until they age out on their normal rotation, after which they are
overwritten. They are not used to restore deleted accounts.
Records we are required to keep. Where Indian law requires us
to retain transaction or tax records for a period, we keep only what the law
requires and nothing more.
